Ok this is HUGE and LIFE CHANGING NEWS! Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has told all employees they can work from home "forever". Given the current situation of coronavirus it's clearly impossible to work in office.
It's no surprise that commuting and maintaining a work-life-balance are challenging in 2020. Most HR professionals know that whenever workers have chances to work from home it inspires brand loyalty and can help those stay longer even in higher stress settings.
Naturally, not everyone is going to want to work from home as they like working at work, and living at home.
"When we do decide to open offices, it also won't be a snap back to the way it was before. It will be careful, intentional, office by office and gradual."
Forbes has also reported that major corporations, including JPMorgan, Facebook, Capital One, Amazon, Microsoft, Zillow and others, announced that they’re extending their work-from-home policies.
