Two months after Kim Kardashian filed for divorce, Kanye has finally responded.
Rapper, Kanye West, filed paperwork in Los Angeles superior court on Friday. In the files, he asked for joint custody of their four children. Both Kim and Kanye asked for joint physical legal custody of the kids: Psalm, Chicago, Saint, and North.
When the couple had to mark the “ why” on calling it quits they both marked it as “irreconcilable differences” & that they both declined to pay spousal support. This decision was made after many months of public signs of tension in their relationship. In February of 2021 they decided to call it quits. So far, there are no signs for an ugly divorce yet. Let's hope that it never gets to that point...
Kris Jenner, Mom of the Television Star Kim told WSJ Magazine:
“I think the most important thing I learned through my experience — both of my experiences — is that the kids come first. If you keep that in the front of your mind and know that they are going to get you through, the love is going to get you through, you know, no matter how much you’re hurting.”
We hope nothing but the best for their family and everyone around them.
